Delivery area

We currently deliver to Germany and the other member states of the European Union. Delivery outside the EU is not offered.

Production and delivery

Our print-on-demand products are produced after you order through our production partner Gelato. Production may take place at different partner locations. We do not promise production in a particular country.

Unless a different delivery period is stated for a product, delivery takes place no later than 30 calendar days after conclusion of the contract. This period includes production and transport. Products may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the products, quantities, delivery address and available shipping method. The applicable shipping costs and total price are displayed in the checkout before you submit a binding order. When products use different shipping profiles, their shipping charges may be combined. No free shipping threshold is currently offered.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are added separately. The available payment methods are displayed in the checkout. Please use the delivery address that you want the order shipped to and check your selection before placing the order.
