Right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period starts when the last goods are received.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur reimbursement fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to Christian Borchers, Englschalkinger Str. 240, 81927 München, Germany, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Made-to-order items and defects

Our standard offered designs are printed after ordering. This alone does not exclude your statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected. Please contact us if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Do not send returns to the production partner.
